Senior Manager – Technology and Projects – IT (Sydney)

The firm is currently seeking a Manager with a strong IT Service Management (ITSM) & IT Service Delivery background to help support the growth of its business to be based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will demonstrate a proven record of success managing service management teams in a senior role and have the confidence and technical ability to consult at many levels

As a member of the team, you will be involved in delivering engagements on behalf of the clients in areas such as:

ITSM Enterprise Architecture
Technology Design and Implementation
Process Design and Implementation
IT Service Portfolio Management & Service Catalogue Design
IT Asset Management
Performance and Capacity Management
IT Operations Transformation

Experience Required:
· Protected content management and support relative to achieving clients' IT Service Management related program and improvement objectives
· Protected content understanding of IT trends and market drivers, specifically within the IT Service Delivery and Service operations areas including IT Service Desk Operations
· Protected content team leadership, coaching and ongoing development

Key skills/attributes required:
· Protected content Service Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) having managed or supported multiple IT Service Management program or projects within top Fortune/ASX organizations
· Protected content v3 Foundations certification a minimum and v3 Expert desired
· Protected content ITSM or ITIL related services, processes and documentation
· Protected content Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) utilizing industry best practices including PMI, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, etc.
· Protected content or ITIL tool requirements gathering, selection, implementation, and oversight ideally with vendors including HP, CA, IBM and BMC
· Protected content developing IT Service Management or ITIL, performance metrics and SLAs, based on customer requirements
