Moving to DEN HAAG (The Hague)

Hi everyone,
we are moving to DEGN HAAG in 2 weeks ( if the movers get it sorted...)- could please anyone recommend how to get in contact with Ziggo without speaking dutch.. I tried online to no avail.
Also any recommodations on where to furniture/ sofa's/ lamps/ fabric store would be greatly appreciated!!
