I want to teach delicious, healthy cooking! (Tokyo)

Hi! My name is Keiko. I live in Michigan but I am now in Tokyo and I will be here until April. I used to teach Japanese to foreign students at colleges for fifteen years, but now I am teaching fun, delicious, healthy vegan (but it is not like typical vegan!) cooking that I absolutely love as my career. The cooking method is originated in Japanese traditional wisdom but I make varieties of modern cuisine as well.
I am looking for foreigners around Tokyo who are interested in tasty, healthy food and quality of life. I wonder how I can get connected with them including mothers who cook for their family everyday around Tokyo.
Could anyone please give me advice?
