Junior Executive Leaders’ Online Speech Conference (Tokyo)
The Institute for Strategic Leadership (ISL) invites you to an event that will give you insight into how Japanese junior executive leaders are aspiring to build outstanding organizations in the global environment.
The highlight of this event is the mock CEO’s Speech Contest by 9 contestants who are in their early 40s and selected from 38 candidates from major companies in various industries. Each of them will deliver a recruiting pitch as if he/she were a top executive in his/her organization. We believe that this edutainment session will give you a unique opportunity to understand how young executives are envisioning the future and deepen your understanding of the landscape of the Japanese business environment. In this event, you will be encouraged to give feedback on the speech they delivered. Particularly if you are interested in working with Japanese companies in your career, this is a unique opportunity to be connected with some blue-chip companies in Japan.
