What did you find most difficult to adjust? (Tokyo)

I am moving to Japan next year and wonder generally what expats have found most difficult to adjust right after moving to Japan. Is it lack of dry cleaners near you? Finding gluten-free food? No English-speaking something something?

To be clear, I am not asking about language, jobs or housing - those are huge concerns for sure, but I am aware and should be able to handle.
