Guidelines for newcomers (Toronto)

When I first got to Toronto, I felt kind of lonely for a while, as I didn't know where to start in making friends. Internations was a big help and I have met very nice and interesting people through their events.

With this in mind, a while back I put together an article with guidelines for newcomers, in terms of meeting new people, either for friendship or romance. I posted it on examiner.com, where I have a column about singles in Toronto.
