Registration of Motor Vehicles (Tunis)

Hello,

I am looking into buying a scooter or motorcycle in Tunis, and I wanted to see if there are any laws that require to register a vehicle (obtain license plates, etc.) that is of a certain engine volume, for example?

I really want to avoid the paperwork and going to different authorities, so I want to know what means of private transport such as scooter/moto don't require any of it. Also, if you could give any tips of which documents to obtain from the previous owner, this will be helpful.
