Open A Bank account in Turin?help!

Hi, only moved to Turin for a week - my British bank cards are Barclays and Natwest, which subjected to a commission charge every time I withdraw cash. Is anyone from the UK could advise me how to open a bank account here? I am a consultant and English/Chinese teacher, but have NOT found a job yet in Turin.
