UK family who might want to host a student ... (Turin)

Hello there
I have been tasked to found a family in the UK who might want to have as a guest a young MALE Italian University student needing to improve his English. Ideally in a location near to a good college offering EFL courses. The family wants to make sure the guy has a truly full immersion language experience - so don't trust agencies who often put too many Italian speakers together.
Is any of your relatives back home potentially interested? He will be paying for his stay, have asked if he was able to give a hand at home somehow (with children for example) or wanted to do a small job...he's an engineering student...thanks and sorry to the moderator if I have posted in the wrong thread
