What’s YVR ranking in the world cities index? (Vancouver)

Hi expats in Vancouver,

I read Internations have a ranking for all the cities in the world, how is Vancouver ranked? What’s your personal feeling to it living here compared to Shanghai, Paris, London, New York (maybe US in general)? What are your best perks?
After a year working here, I like it but still have moments of doubts.
