Role And Responsibilities
Ethnic role-players are crucial in ensuring VTG provide realistic and targeted cultural scenarios as required by our clients. By delivering a customised engagement which is authentic and of the highest standard, the role-player makes unique scenarios realistic and rewarding through well-rehearsed role-play. To be an effective role-player, they must have an understanding of the overall scenario and what the learning objective are being testing. This role requires dedication and persistence with a drive to pursue high quality training outputs. After being taught the required skills, the role-player is required to conduct the following outputs;
Learning Back ground scenarios.
Understanding learning objectives.
Study and comprehension of scenario scripts.
Preparing props and associated equipment.
Be proficient in questioning techniques and strategies.
Maintain up to date knowledge of current events and developments from their country of origin.
Uphold VTGs ethos and values.
Maintain a professional image.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellence in customer services at all times to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain effective time management.
Provide advice to VTG management on cultural aspects.
Provide feedback when required to assist with post activity reports and development.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with all members of staff.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards staff and clients at all times.
Ensure all compliance matters are adhered to.
Adhere to all organizational codes of practice, policies and procedures.
Other tasks maybe required.
