Winston-Salem is a large city in the US state of North Carolina and is located in Forsyth County. Often shortened to just ‘Winston’, the city is an important location for the region, with a number of industries present. The city is also known by its nickname as "The City of the Arts", due to the importance placed on the arts in the city.
