Can India practically deport about 25 millions?

Recently in India specially in the state of Assam NRC declared about 4 millions people are illegal immigrants from neighboring country. Can India seriously deport them in this politically correct world? If Trump failed to implement small number how can India practically deport in such pathetic scale. International community will suddenly start crying about Human Rights for wrongs.
