Moving to Nigeria

I was wondering if anyone has any pointers on where to start if one wanted to move to Nigeria as a Canadian. What kind of costs would be involved and how likely would one be able to find a job there? I'm looking in to Abuja or Ilorin. I work in Administration and Information Management.
