Moving to Rotterdam: VISA and others issues

Hello Everyone,

I'm Brazilian current living in Brazil. I'm in a process in my current job to move to The Netherlands specifically Rotterdam. It would be an internal switch but nothing related to expatriation.
We didn't start to negotiate yet but HR ask me if I just in case the company deny to pay my VISA if I can pay that? The process in the company will be an exchange with another guy. I will have a local contract.
First question: Does any one know how much is a VISA to work in the Netherlands?
2- What should be minimum salary to live in Rotterdam considering living alone, and I want to travel once a month to Europe?
3- Do you have any advice I have to pay attention in this process of exchange.
