Offshore bank account in the UK

Hi All,

I am a UK non-citizen and currently reside in Vietnam. I have a service company registered in the UK already. However, when it comes to opening an offshore biz account with a tax shelter, it is quite complicated. I have worked with a law firm in the UK, but the resource I have had in hand does not help me much.

That's why I was wondering if anyone here has knowledge and experience with opening an offshore bank account to help me with in terms of which banks are allowed by the government to open such accounts, what are requirements (documents, fees, deposits, etc)
