Perfect holiday

OK, it's that time of year...
Where is everyone heading for summer this year?
Where would you head if you could but all the good practical reasons tell you not to?
If there is such a thing as the perfect holiday, what might it be?

I'm heading to Croatia and looking forward to some clear blue sea! Living in landlocked Warsaw does bad things to this water creature.
