Protected content Conflict and Cultural Adjustment Study

Attention expatriates living in Peru.
This is an opportunity to participate in an important research study.

RESEARCHER: My name is Rosario Courte’. I am a PhD candidate at Northcentral University in the United States. I will be conducting this study under the supervision of Dr. Nick Thaler. The main purpose of this research is to find the relation between work-family conflict and cultural adjustment. The findings will help us obtain a better understanding of the expatriates’ experiences abroad. I invite you to participate in this research.

ELIGIBILITY: You must meet all the requirements below. You are eligible for this study if
a) You are 18 years old or older
b) English is your native language
c) You have an intermediate level of Spanish
d) You are working in the educational field or have an administrative position in another field
e) You are residing in Peru with your family (spouse/cohabiting partner and child/children) for 6 months or more

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: completing a survey online. It is anonymous.
