The Meaning of Life (Viktor Frankl)

I recently read the book by Viktor Frankl, where he asked the question: Is there any profound meaning of life? (Viktor Frankl: Man's Search for Ultimate Meaning) I would like to know; how would you define the purpose of (your) life? Is our definition depending on our culture or personal experiences? Do we have desire to get hold of an ultimate meaning of life - whether it comes from a religious source or other venue of inspiration or influence?
