Trip in Colombia

Hello,
I am going to visit Colombia with my family 3 weeks in Summer. My husband didn't want to go there due to the insecurity. I told me that now it wasn't a problem anymore. But I've just learned that the cease fire between the government and the military troops stopped the 9th of January. The violence, agressions and rapts restart... We have already bought our plane tickets (can't be refund...) : do you think we have to cancel our travel ? Is somebody would be able to give me some information about what is really happening there ? Thank you so much ! Yasmina
