pediatric speech-language pathologist (Yangon)

Hi, we are looking for a pediatric speech-language pathologist or speech therapist for my child. Is there anyone available in Yangon? or can you recommend anyone or any institution or hospital? I heard one at Parami Children's Hospital but haven't really tried it.

If not available in Yangon/Myanmar, any recommendation in Singapore or Bangkok?
