Stay in Yangon for two months

Hello, I will be working in Yangon with UNDP for two months in Jan Feb Protected content . I am looking for a studio/ one bedroom/ flatshare in a nice area hopefully not too far from the office. Grateful for suggestions and assistance, also with what the weather will be like and if there is anything I must bring with me.
I am coming from New Delhi, India.
