Teaching English/Accomodation (Yangon)

I am planning to come to Myanmar around May Protected content . I am 49, have an MA TESOL (but no US/UK public school teaching cert) and 20 years teacing experience, mostly at the tertiary level. Can anyone give me an idea about the job market in Yangon for someone with my background?

Also I am looking for a Protected content one/two bedroom flat for around Protected content per month in or near the centre with reliable electricity, gas, water and AC. Is this possible?
