Job hunting experience in Switzerland - Zurich

Hello to all expats in Zurich!

I've recently started searching for job opportunities in Zurich and even though I have a strong working background from an international consultancy both in London and Prague, people are putting me off from finding a good job in Switzerland.
Apparently, it's almost impossible to find a decent position there not knowing German fluently.

Can you please share your thoughts and experiences on that? I'm really adamant and want to prove them wrong on that.
