Sunday Power Walk

Let's get active together! Walking with power and speed and with some walking mates can be fun and motivating! This is a training event and not easy sightseeing walk.
We start at Protected content
and back if you are energetic enough :-) or simply enjoy your day in the city when we get there.

We take a 15 min stretch if we need (if you want take a snack for a break when we reach the destination).
Options:
you can drop out at anytime and anywhere.
take a walk to Skøyen back with me if you want to have a longer walking training session:-).
