In society, there are so many stigmas attached to mental health and unfortunately, people don't get proper health care and treatment only because of biases and fears.
In this workshop, we will explain about psychosomatic (the connection between your mind and body) and how stress or any abusive relationship can affect us physically.

* How psychiatrists and neurologists are helping us
* Why it is dangerous to think that you can handle all your troubles by yourself
