After a short visit to the Etter distillery we make our way to Cham. Here we follow the Lorzenuferweg. On the way we come the millet field. The Baar brewery uses millet to brew the tasty "Hirsebier". Here we learn more about millet culture, and the history of Cham millet and beer. Afterwards, we hike on to Steinhausen and refine our beer knowledge in the Braui Markt of the Baar Brewery.
