Photography x Music: Abbazia San Miniato Al Monte
Ciao Photographers!
This will be the 1st collaborative event with Robert Killen, an immersive experience of photo taking and music in one of the most beloved place in Florence!
The Abbazia di San Miniato al Monte was built in the Protected content century dedicated to San Miniato and his legendary martyrdom. It is one of the highest expressions of Romanesque architecture in Florence. The interior is decorated by frescoes, mosaics, and marble patterns, giving a truly unique spiritual atmosphere.
We'll start the event by listening to the song composed by Robert, inspired by this very place. Followed by taking pictures, appreciating the spirit and the beauty of this place beyond the mere physical structures. There'll be opportunity to capture the sunset from the balcony.
Around 19.00 we will end the event by gathering for aperitivo, sharing, viewing the photos and reflecting the whole experience (Rifrullo).
Please bring your own headset/earbuds to listen to the song, cables, etc. to transfer your photos to the Google drive/laptop.
Selected photos potentially to be included in an exhibition (with photo credit).
