Do join us for a sharing session for foodies who are interested to find out more about the major culinary institutions in Paris, the different types of programmes taught in English and how to choose the one that’s most suitable for your needs.
Michelle will be sharing her personal experience as she has attended short courses in some of these schools during her gap year, before completing an intensive professional training programme in French pastry, which led her to intern in a Michelin kitchen in a five-star boutique hotel.
Opinions expressed are solely her own and the event is not designed to promote any of the schools specifically.
