This ring route describes a fascinating urban trekking loop that connects the residential area of Porta Romana with the panoramic hills of Arcetri, the military history of Forte Belvedere, and the historic heart of the Lungarno in Florence.
Difficulty level: easy about 5 km
Actual travel time approximately: 3/4 hours
The buildings are only visible from the outside and the tour is in Italian only
