A Trip to Peru Through Its Cuisine

We are having a Peruvian dinner at Protected content
one of the best in Rome. We will travel to the Peruvian Andes, Coast, and Jungle through its flavors and stories.
I'm sure many of you're familiar with Peruvian cuisine, but for those who aren't, it's a delicious and diverse blend of mainly indigenous cuisine (from coast, highlands and jungle) with Spanish, Afro-Peruvian, Chinese, Japanese, and even Italian influences.
You will be feasting on some of Peru's most famous dishes. And of course, we'll be washing it all down with some of Peru's finest pisco sours.
FOOD OPTIONS 1) Chicken menu 18 Euros; 2) Vegeterian menu 18 Euros 3) Beef menu 22 Euros; and 4) Fish menu 24 Euros.
All menus include antipasto, secondo e acqua natural or frizzante (1/2 liter). If you wish to taste Pisco sour, wine or beer, those would be additional.
HISTORY: One of or guests will be given us a review and explanations about the origin, evolution and names of the main dishes of peruvian cuisine such as anticuchos, cebiche, leche de tigre, causa, chifa, pollo a la brasa, lomo saltado, ají de gallina, tacu tacu, taipá and the four "B".
