Cheese fondue is a traditional Swiss dish that is very popular on cold winter evenings. It is typically made with a combination of Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois to achieve a creamy consistency.

It's a very social dish, two to more people share the pot with creamy cheese and dip bread into it. It is served with bread and mixed pickles.

You can also order extras from the menu or go à la carte.
As a December special they also offer very nice apple strudel with vanilla sauce.
