May Brunch in Flingern

It's a nice concept, bistro during the day, wine bar at night. They share the cortyard with a small film studio and a small glass museum. For their food and beverage selection, they primarily use seasonal, regional products, which they source directly from the Eggenhof in Neuss, among other places. Their coffee is roasted on-site in their own roastery, and they offer four different varieties.
Baked goods and cakes are sourced right next door from the Bulle Bakery.

They weather will possibly not allow al-fresco brunch so I reserved inside for us.
The bistro is in the courtyard.
