Why do YOGA?

This Sunday class is free. If you would like to practice more with me, you are welcome to visit my site and book another online class on Protected content
Classes will be similar to the last few - slow and gentle with time for beginners and pros to adjust in each asana/pose. For the more demanding poses, two or three variations will be offered to meet broad needs and abilities.
Please try and join Protected content before with the camera on, so we can have a little exchange and get to know each other a little better - after all, this is an Internations event. Then we will start the class, you may leave the camera on if you'd like some feedback or just make me company and the microphone on or you can tap the spaceb-bar to ask a question, make a comment or just groan in delight =:D
