Ready to Join?

Open up to all the sensations in the body and learn how to be with both pleasant and unpleasant more skilfully, non-reactively. Seeing it all part as a passing show. We become more aware of thoughts in the mind. Of the thinking process. And instead of continually being lost in these trains of thought, we become aware that we're thinking, and therefore able to exercise some discernment.
Which thoughts are helpful, which are not helpful? We learn to open to all the emotions that arise. Some emotions are painful, some are very pleasant. We open to them all, we see into their nature. and we hold them with a great deal of care, and tenderness, and compassion.
