Take a pause: Online 30-min yoga + Breathwork for expats!

Dear all,
Everyone face different daily challenges, but as an expat far from our homeland, in a different culture and far from our main emotional support (longtime friends, family, places, etc…) the situations that arise might get even more challenging.
This is why, to live abroad in harmony is recommendable to have a mind, body & spirit practice that helps us to navigate between our emotions, automatic reactions and how these are reproduced in the physical body.
Join me for a morning yoga + Nervous System Breathwork practice that will focus on relaxing our “flight or fight” response and activate our Parasympathetic Nervous System (“rest & digest”). These sessions are created for the “busy expat” who wants to exercise and wants to learn wellbeing tools to integrate on their day to day.
We will practice:
-30 mins Hatha yoga, drills & vinyasas. Suitable for all levels
-Afterwars a rebirthing breathwork for 15 mins
-Bring a personal intention (Sankalpa)
-A mat, two cushions or one blanket
