You might be thinking that you aren’t good at practicing mindfulness, that you aren’t even sure if you are getting it right, or worse this you might be telling your self that you aren’t good with this whole mindfulness business. On the other hand, you might find that the rewards of being mindful are rippling into your life.
Whatever your internal dialogue is regarding mindfulness – we have seen that its all about our attitude towards our practice. As long as we receive all our experiences with an open heart, curiosity and gentleness as one would approach a hurt animal – we can hold all experiences with tenderness, and compassion.
The smile can nourish an attitude of friendliness and acceptance as you relate to your inner life and your world.
