Hey expat moms!
We all face unique daily challenges, but living far from our homeland, immersed in a new culture, and distanced from our usual support systems (family, longtime friends, familiar places) can make things even tougher.
That’s why cultivating a mind-body-emotion practice is so helpful for bringing more connection, resilience and make motherhood joyful & easier. With the right tools, we can navigate our emotions, shift automatic reactions, and care for our physical bodies in the process.
Join me for a Hatha Yoga + Nervous System Breathwork session, this time targeted for moms! This blend of yoga and breathwork is designed to relax the "fight or flight" response and activate the "rest and digest" mode. These sessions are crafted especially for the "busy moms," offering movement and wellness tools you can use both on and off the mat.
Details:
-Open level 30 mins Yoga
-Rebirthing breathwork for 15 mins
-Bring a personal intention (Sankalpa)
-A mat, two cushions or one blanket
