Welcome to the four Attitudes for successful Meditations.
Learning and practicing these four attitudes not only will make your meditation experience so much better, but can be used as you go about your day-to-day life, and this will allow you to create a more mindful life which thereby reduces stress. Mindfulness meditation is so much more than being present. I'll explain these four attitudes, that will help to garner and cultivate mindfulness and the attitude towards a successful meditation.
