Forgiveness is a profound act of self-liberation. It does not mean condoning harm or forgetting the past, but rather releasing the emotional grip that resentment, guilt, or anger may hold over us. The RAIN practice—Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture—offers a structured approach to soften and open the heart toward forgiveness.
Forgiveness is not always a single moment but a process—a choice we return to, again and again, with patience and self-compassion. By practicing RAIN, we create space for healing, lightness, and emotional freedom
