In this gentle yet powerful guided meditation, we explore how to shift from emotional reactivity into deeper self-understanding and heart-centered intention.
Youāll be invited to bring to mind a challenging interaction or relationship dynamic, tune into your own unmet needs, and recognize the limbic responses that naturally arise when we feel unseen, unheard, or unsafe. Through compassion and presence, we then uncover the deeper heartās intentāthe part of us that longs for connection, peace, and authenticity.
This is a practice of turning inward, offering kindness to the parts of ourselves that feel triggered, and reconnecting with our truest self. Inspired by the words of Rainer Maria Rilke, we listen for the āwinds of homecomingāāthe inner wisdom that brings us back to who we really are.
