This guided meditation is a sacred pause, a return to the body, the Earth, and the wisdom of presence. We begin with a reverent prayer, honoring the ancestors of this land and all lands, and offering deep gratitude for the Earth and its elements: air, fire, water, and soil; that sustain us.
You’ll be invited to ground into your body, notice the touchpoints resting on the Earth, and release tension while softening into stillness. This practice offers a gentle reminder: there is nothing to achieve in meditation, only a continual return to presence, compassion, and awareness.
Through mindfulness of thoughts, body sensations, and breath, we reconnect with what is timeless and true. Let this be a space of nourishment, for your nervous system, your spirit, and your deep intention to live rooted and awake.
