About our speaker, Renuka Ayri, Certified Chopra Ayurvedic Health Instructor:
Born and raised in New Delhi, India, I inherited spirituality and the love for nature from my parents. Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation were part of my DNA, but I got temporarily disconnected from my roots after moving to Belgium, where my life took a 360° turn.
When I moved to Brussels, I had to restart my life from scratch. In Belgium, I navigated new experiences and reconnected with my ancestral roots. I rediscovered myself, embracing the ancient wisdom of spirituality, Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and self-realization. This journey led me to become an Ayurveda Health Instructor from Chopra Education.
