The performance, part of the Eredità delle donne off program, is an initiatory journey set in the world of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, where the female characters sit at the tea table for their daily ritual, engaging in conversation with each other and the audience on themes inspired by Carroll's novel. The audience immerses themselves in the performers' live readings, singing, music, and painting, in a setting adorned with costumes and ceramic art objects. They are invited to participate in the tea ritual, offering them the opportunity to sample various teas throughout the performance. Female intelligence and creativity manifest themselves with the lightness and imagination inherent to women, leading participants into a fantasy world that serves as a metaphor for reality.
