Operations Security (OPSEC) is a mind set and methodology used to identify information that needs to be protected and develop measures to protect it. Although the term originated in the military, OPSEC is now used for so much more. This includes computer and network security, home safety, personal travel and much more.
SPEAKER / Discussion Facilitator is senior security consultant with varied experiences building military grade cybersecurity platforms at country, ISP and large enterprise scale as well as directing security operations and adversary-intelligence based red-team operations for clients across Asia.
Whether or not 'Data is The New Oil'? Let's dip our toes into the vast ocean that is the technology of corporate surveillance, better understand why it is important (even if you don't think you have something to hide) and discuss some simple steps to assume a better security posture in our personal and professional lives.
