Let’s enjoy a classical Pilates class in this new venue in Aoyama to connect your body and mind together.

All skills levels and ages are welcome – WOMEN ONLY – After the class we will have a chat about the charity event of the day with refreshment drinks and enjoy the view of the park in front of the studio.

Access : 4 minutes walk from subway Aoyama-ichome station (Ginza, Hanzomon, Oedo lines) => take exit 3, head south, take the crosswalk and walk along the park on your left (approx 250m), turn left, the studio entrance is on the right side.

The benefits of a regular Pilates practice creates strength without bulk (Pilates does not over-develop some parts of the body and neglect others), increases flexibility and develop core strength.

Improving good posture (it's a reason why people do Pilates for back pain), increases energy by getting the breath and circulation moving, finally increase awareness (Body/Mind connection) by practicing each movement with total attention.

The body and mind unite to bring forth the most benefit possible from each exercise.
