Italian Christmas Dinner

Hello dear friends of heavenly dinners :)

its time again to meet up before christmas and share the table for a night. I picked a small Italian restaurant in Dresden Neustadt for us with freshly cooked, creative specialties that make us forget all busy thoughts.

Elisabeth will serve us that night and she offered a special christmas menu which include the following 3 courses:

I. Winterliche Suppe. Eine wunderbare Komposition aus Kohlrabi, Fenchel und Apfel. Sie wird verfeinert mit Thymian und garniert mit gebratenen Waldpilzen. Dazu gibt es einen Joghurt- Dipp.

II. Melange der Kulturen. Italienische Handwerkskunst trifft auf deutsche Tradition/Handgemachte Ravioli mit einer Füllung aus Bio-Gans, Kürbis und Kastanie, an Thymian-Gänseschmalz, gebratenem Blumenkohl und Pilzen.

II. Winter-Genuss/ Risotto invernale: mit Kürbis, Kastanien, Pilzen und Pecorinocreme

III. Ricotta-Cheesecake. Hausgemachtes Käsekuchen mit lauwarmen Orangen-Zimt-Kompott.

Menu price is 29,90. This menu needs to be ordered in advance. Just let me know on time. Besides that she has a lovely weekly menu and we can order á la carte the usual way.
