A musical creation inspired by the millenary writings of Zarathustra and the poetry of Rumi.
Mezzo-soprano Ariana Vafadari creates bridges between traditional Iranian, Ottoman, Moroccan, jazz and Western classical music. Born from her complicity with Persian literature specialist Leili Anvar, her latest musical creation, Anahita, is inspired by the story of the Iranian goddess of waters, fertility, peoples and the living.
