For the next meeting, the book chosen is:

The handmaid's tale, by Margaret Atwood

As a short explanation on how the meeting will take place, the usual agenda is:
19:30: attendees start to arrive, can have a drink and eat something. Free chat.
20:30: the discussion about the book begins. It lasts usually one hour, one hour and a half.

The discussion is usually held in English.

Members who didn't read the book are welcome, provided that they are willing to listen to a discussion about a book they haven't read.

For the record, the other books proposed were
- The Zero Marginal Cost Society, by Jeremy Rifkin
- El hombre sentimental, by Javier Marias (French edition: "L'homme sentimental", English edition "The Man of Feelings")
- When Genius Failed: The Rise and Fall of Long-Term Capital Management, by Roger Lowenstein
- My struggle (volume 1), by Karl Ove Knausgård

The most voted book will be discussed during next meeting.

Election ends next Thursday.
