Chef Cooking BBQ in the Park - READ THE DESCRIPTION & COMMENTS

I’ve arranged a chef to handle the cooking, so we can relax, eat and catch up.

Have your food ready for the BBQ: the chef will arrive, cook and leave. They won’t clean, cut, slice, marinate or prepare food, and they won’t bring utensils.

Please bring the food you’d like cooked, your own drinks (BYO alcohol is fine), and a picnic blanket or chair.

I’m organising plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, serving trays and utensils, food handling items, tablecloths, rubbish bags and ice. Please allow **$25 per person**, payable to me in cash or by Osko, **plus your share of the chef’s fee**. The chef is currently budgeted at **$85 total**, split between everyone. The final amount per person may change with attendee numbers.

If you happen to have an esky, reusable BBQ tongs, a spatula, a chopping board, a sharp knife or anything else that would help, feel free to bring it along.

A frisbee or other outdoor games would be fun. Water pistols might be great if it is a super hot day too.

The park has free electric BBQs, taps and toilets. The BBQs can’t be reserved, so we’ll arrive early to secure a spot. I’m really looking forward to a great day with everyone.

Pets are ok too.
